Abstract:
Perturbative heterotic vacua have been
known for decades. They remain the only
vacua for which we have a systematic
understanding of stringy corrections. I will
report on some work over the past few
years aimed at improving our very
incomplete understanding of the moduli
space of perturbative heterotic vacua by
studying it as the moduli space of (0,2)
supersymmetric conformal field theories.

High Energys' seminars
