Abstract:
We review some recent surprising progress on
the classic problem of characterizing second-
order phase transitions. There are new general
results about critical exponents, a better
understanding of what happens when relevant
operators are turned on, and a new powerful
numerical technique that does not require a
lattice formulation of the theory.
