Constraining the Nature of Dark Matter and Reionization with the Lyman-Alpha Forest 

The Lyman-alpha Forest is a sensitive probe of the properties of dark matter affecting the clustering of matter at small scales, as well as the ionization and thermal history of the Intergalactic Medium. I describe the current status of disentangling these effects and will give an overview on current (and future) constraints on the reionization history and the nature of dark matter from Lyman-alpha Forest data.
