GRB 080319B, the naked eye burst
GRB 080319B was an extemely bright burst at z=0.937. The most outstanding feature is the prompt optical emission could me observed by the naked eyes (so it was called "naked eye burst"). We tried to understand the nature of this special burst, and the possible GeV emission from it.
