The 2023 Rosenblum lecture was given by Prof. Selma de Mink, the Scientific Director of the Max Planck Institute for Astrophysics, and titled "It takes two to tango - Stellar Physics in the Era of Gravitational Waves".
The Rosenblum prize awarding preceded the ceremony and prizes were granted to Emanuele Sobbachi and Dhruba Dutta Chowdhury from the Racah Institute for their work in Relativistic Astrophysics and Cosmology.
