"When does the Gluon Reggeize?":
I will discuss how the phenomenon of gluon reggeization and the BFKL equation for high energy processes can be understood in a simple and reliable way using the eikonal approximation. This requires a version of the eikonal approximation which keeps track of multiple partons inside a projectile, in accordance with the so-called Balitsky-JIMWLK equation, which will be reviewed assuming no previous exposition. Established low-order results will be clearly distinguished from higher-order expectations and conjectures, and testable higher-loop (theoretical) predictions will be presented to help resolve possible subtleties that can arise at higher orders in the formalism.
